Downstairs is a large parlor with books, games, television and music for relaxation. Plus a private dining room that guests may use. On the second floor there are two bedrooms, one with a king size bed and a second bedroom with a double bed. Also one large bath, with a large clawfoot tub for long soaks, a separate step-in tile shower, two sinks, lots of fluffy towels and robes.  Additional amenities include a hot gourmet breakfast, free satellite television and wi-fi.

Reservation information:

• RATES: are $125.00 for one bedroom per night* AND $25.00* for one additional bedroom per night.  All State and Local taxes apply. Reservations in advance are required.
  • A DEPOSIT of $25.00 (per room and per night) WILL BE TAKEN when making your reservation. The deposit will be applied to the balance. Balance is due upon arrival. Absolutely NO REFUNDS or discounts will be given. Departure is by 11:00 a.m. and late departures may be charged $25 extra for each half hour. We accept cash, check, Mastercard, and Visa, but insist upon using only one credit card per booking.
  • CANCELLATION POLICY: Deposit is forfeited. Card will still be charged for the balance if your cancellation is less than 72 hours (3 days) before scheduled time of arrival.   
  • HOUSE RULES: NO SMOKING allowed inside the premises. Absolutely NO PETS permitted. The Guest Haus is not responsible for accidents, or items lost or left behind. In the event of excessive clean up, damage and/or loss, the party responsible for payment will be charged. The Guest Haus will charge for missing, lost, and/or damaged items, not limited to but including dishes, bedding, pillows, towels, keys, furnishings, candles, any and all accessories located indoors and out of doors.The premises shall not be used in any manner or for any purpose prohibited by law. The Guest Haus does not sell alcoholic beverages. ONLY registered guests (above) are permitted.
  • PRIVATE QUARTERS: The Guest Haus is also a private residence, the innkeepers quarters are private and they have the right to be on the premises at all times.
  • *ONLY when you have reserved both bedrooms are we able to accommodate up to four people (the maximum). Rate is based on no larger than double occupancy for each room, and no rollaways or air mattresses are allowed. Double occupancy means that if reservation is for more than 2 people, both rooms are automatically reserved AND CHARGED FOR. Additional charges may apply if reservation is changed after it is made. All payment and charges are the obligation of the party making the reservation. Multi-night reservations are single bookings ONLY when the guests staying are the same, otherwise an extra $75.00 cleaning fee will be charged.  
    
    CHECK IN TIME IS NO EARLIER THAN 6:00 P.M. AND DEPARTURE IS NO LATER THAN 11:00 A.M.  Other arrangements may be made, if done at least 48 hours in advance and agreeable to BOTH parties.
